Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers; by The Recipe Critic

  • 4¬†whole¬†bell peppers
  • 1¬†tbsp Hi√ß Premium Extra Virgin¬†Olive Oil
  • 1¬†small¬†onion¬†diced
  • 1¬†lb¬†lean ground beef
  • 1¬†15 oz can of¬†diced tomatoes
  • 1¬†8 oz can of¬†tomato sauce
  • 2¬†cups¬†rice¬†cooked
  • 1¬†tbsp¬†Italian Seasoning
  • 1¬†tsp¬†garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2¬†cups¬†Colby Jack cheese¬†shredded



  1. Slice the tops off the peppers and remove the veins and seeds inside. In a  saucepan over medium high heat add the extra virgin olive oil and onion. Cook until almost tender. Add in the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

  2. Add in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place in the basket of the air fryer.

  4. Cook the peppers at 360 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with cheese and then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
